Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your chocolates! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund and return policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchased products/chocolates for a different flavor or product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and further instructions. The products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable items if they have been opened or consumed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned products/chocolates, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days and will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

If you would like to return your products/chocolates, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. To be eligible for a return, the products/chocolates must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.
